Overall Responsibilities:
In the role of a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play an instrumental role in setting up our clients for immediate success. Your primary mission is to facilitate the seamless transition of clients transferring from another partner. Your key responsibilities encompass educating new clients, resolving existing system issues, and ensuring the smooth assimilation of our products and services into their operations.
Key Skills and Experience:
3+ years’ experience with Business Central in either a support or consulting capacity.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Service
A deep passion for ensuring clients’ success.
The ability to swiftly grasp new technologies and effectively communicate them to clients.
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong problem-solving acumen.
A comprehensive understanding of business operations and the capacity to discern operational challenges.
Willingness to conduct on-site visits to complete the onboarding process.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Deliver and continuously enhance the existing onboarding process.
Develop a profound understanding of transferring clients’ business processes and operational objectives.
Conduct thorough reviews of clients’ existing solutions to document their current use of Business Central or D365 CRM and identify any extant issues, including processes, system problems, and training requirements.
Construct comprehensive onboarding documentation and formulate an onboarding plan that encompasses resolutions for existing issues, consultancy requisites, and training needs.
Manage the client’s experience throughout the onboarding process until handover to the Customer Engagement Manager and Helpdesk.
Execute follow-up reviews as needed to ensure client satisfaction and success.
