Job Summary:
As a hands on Software Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our exciting and evolving product range. Your role will be to lead, inspire, and manage a talented software team, while also driving platform and application development activities. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering web-based solutions, serving as the technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and lead for Front End & Back End Technologies, API design, System Architecture Design, Database Design, System Security, and the adoption of new Web Technologies and Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and lead our software development team to success.
Full Stack Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive experience in Front End & Back End Technologies, API design, System & Database Development, and Testing.
DevSecOps Champion: Showcase your expertise in DevSecOps, including MS Azure & Kubernetes.
Web Technology Savvy: Leverage your knowledge and experience with a broad range of web technologies and standards.
Security Guru: Ensure system and application security are top priorities.
Cloud Prowess: Demonstrate your hands-on experience in building scalable, cloud-based applications.
Requirements Guru: Excel in requirements analysis & definition.
Best Practices Advocate: Implement standards and best practices.
Architectural Visionary: Utilize your software architecture experience to build innovative platforms and products.
Communication Pro: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:
7+ years of relevant hands on experience
Proven ability to drive the development of reliable, scalable SaaS solutions
Strong technical acumen with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and server-side languages
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber
Knowledge and experience of RDBMS and SQL, including technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
