A prominent technology solutions provider for the niche industry, is currently seeking a skilled Microsoft Developer to join their dynamic team. They specializes in tailored solutions primarily serving high growth sector.
Role Overview:
As a Developer, you will play an essential role within their agile development team. Your responsibilities will encompass contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of cutting-edge product suite. In this capacity, you will advocate for coding excellence, actively engage in code reviews, and help shape design, architecture, and development discussions during backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously enhance and optimize all aspects of the product suite through full-stack development.
Collaborate closely with fellow Developers, QA Analysts, and Product Owners within Agile framework to deliver high-quality software increments.
Lead code reviews to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Develop a deep understanding of the entire product suite.
Relationships:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing expectations and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including:

Development Manager
Product Owners
Development Teams
Qualifications and Attributes:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Proficiency in .Net C#, JavaScript, and JavaScript Frameworks (e.g., Angular, JQuery).
Proven track record in creating and enhancing SOAP and RESTful web services.
Familiarity with Unit Testing using MSTest or NUnit.
Sound knowledge of Source Control systems and branching strategies (TFVC and/or GIT).
Working familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologies.
Experience working within an Agile SCRUM Team, actively participating in SCRUM events for refinement, planning, and review.
Previous involvement in developing software solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate use cases, user stories, and specifications into functional applications.
An eye for exceptional user experience and an appreciation for good UX.
Exposure to working with Azure DevOps.
A collaborative team player who can provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues in their professional development.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality and standards.
