We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Customer Services team, working closely with existing clientele to provide top-tier consultancy and strategic guidance.       **Overall Responsibilities:**
      As a Senior Consultant within the Customer Services team, your primary mission is to collaborate with our dedicated customer services team to deliver high-level consultancy and offer strategic advice to our valued clients. Your expertise and insights will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers towards success.

      **Main Areas of Responsibility:**
      – Support and advise the team to help steer our customers’ solutions in the right direction.
      – Collaborate with Key Account Managers to maintain close and regular contact with client accounts, whether through phone consultations or on-site visits as needed.
      – Work in tandem with account managers to provide expert guidance to existing NAV customers regarding upgrades, process improvements, and Account Plans.
      – Assist in creating requirement documentation, change requests, and proposals for our existing clients, complete with estimates.
      – Promote additional services provided to existing customers.
      – Proactively identify project and sales opportunities within existing accounts by maintaining periodic client liaisons.
      – Collaborate with the HelpDesk team as necessary to ensure the mitigation of frequent/recurring customer cases.
      – After strategic owner’s customer visits, generate delivery plans with the aim of incorporating them into Account Plans and ensuring our internal systems are up to date.
      – Collaborate with the sales and helpdesk teams to onboard customers, mitigate risks, identify opportunities, and set clear deliverable expectations.
      – Lead smaller Customer Delivery projects, taking on various roles from Project Manager, Consultant, and Testing.
      – Conduct product demonstrations for existing customers when required.
      – Provide constructive feedback on internal process improvements and contribute to the development of document and process standards.
      – Support the development of our standard extension library by reviewing Change Requests and monitoring patterns/repeat requests.
