      Contract Duration – 6 months

      Job Description:
      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join this dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within a software house environment, facilitating agile methodologies, and driving successful project deliveries.
      Key Responsibilities:
      – **Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:**
      – Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
      – Ensure all team ceremonies are effective and adhere to Agile principles.
      – **Remove Impediments:**
      – Actively identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress.
      – Work closely with stakeholders to resolve any issues impacting delivery timelines.
      – **Promote Agile Best Practices:**
      – Guide and coach the team in Agile practices and principles.
      – Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
      – **Collaboration and Communication:**
      – Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
      – Ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
      – **Performance Tracking and Reporting:**
      – Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).
      – Provide regular updates and reports to management on team progress and project status.
      – **Team Development:**
      – Support team members in their professional development and growth.
      – Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
      Experience:
      – Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software house or similar environment.
      – Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
      – **Technical Understanding:**
      – Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
      – Ability to work with technical teams and understand complex technical issues.
      – **Certifications:**
      – Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
      – Additional Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe) are a plus.
      – **Soft Skills:**
      – Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
      – Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict.
      – High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
      – **Tools:**
      – Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
      – Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

      Preferred Qualifications:
      – Knowledge of software development practices and DevOps.
      – Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
