The Role
As part of their growth, the company is hiring a Scrum Master to expand their platform. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the development team to achieve consensus on sprint goals.
Ensuring the team delivers on commitments with the required quality.
Prioritizing and delivering the product backlog.
Identifying and removing obstacles hindering the team’s progress.
Leading the development team to maintain focus and adherence to established rules for daily scrums.
The ideal candidate should have:
Currently hold the job tile of Scrum Master
A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile and/or Product Environment.
Established experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency.
Knowledge of various aspects of the Scrum approach.
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
Demonstrable experience in a matrix organization with strong influencing skills.
