      **Key Responsibilities**

      *Understanding Client, Market, and Competitive Needs:* You’ll actively engage with clients, analyze the competitive landscape, and collaborate with stakeholders to uncover pain points and trends. Your decisions will be data-driven, and you’ll prioritize product features and innovations accordingly.

      *Defining the Vision and Direction:* As the Product Manager, you’ll shape the product strategy and vision that will guide the organization’s development efforts. Your aim is to ensure that the product aligns seamlessly with corporate goals, client needs, and market demands. A critical aspect of this vision is defining the tangible value it brings to clients.

      *Conducting Competitive Analysis:* Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on competitors’ offerings, capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points.

      *Building an Effective Product Roadmap:* Define and meticulously track the product roadmap, aligning it with the vision and business objectives. The roadmap should serve as a clear guide for development teams, highlighting key milestones and maintaining a forward trajectory.

      *Managing Go-to-Market Strategy:* Take charge of beta testing, pilot clients, sales and pricing strategies, and all marketing and communication efforts.

      *Management and Coaching:* Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners to ensure they deliver excellence.

      **About You**

      The organization is seeking someone with a minimum of 7 years of experience ideally in the UK financial services sector. Your background should include substantial experience in Product Manager or Product Owner roles.

      They want you to be a true visionary, capable of defining a future direction and rallying an organization towards that vision. Exceptional communication skills are a must, enabling you to gain buy-in and commitment for your ideas while ensuring that everyone understands the value of the organization’s solutions.

      You should possess innovative problem-solving abilities, thinking beyond the ordinary to solve problems that clients may not even realize they have. Your leadership skills should be exemplary, allowing you to influence at all levels, set direction, and lead and manage a team of Product Owners.

      Solid planning skills, the ability to anticipate issues and risks, and a knack for providing solutions while meeting deadlines are crucial. Show them your expertise in building a business case and delivering results based on outcomes.
