We have an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to join our client’s IT team. This is a 6-month contract, offering a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a 100% office-based role.
Responsibilities:
As a Junior Business Analyst on this exclusive 6-month contract, you will:
Documentation Excellence: Shine in your role by documenting IT processes, system requirements, and user guides. Your precision will be pivotal in ensuring a streamlined project environment.
Process Enhancement: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. You’ll play a crucial part in optimizing workflows within the organization.
Business Analyst Skills: Leverage your analytical prowess to gather and analyze data, conduct market research, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Vendor Interaction: Develop relationships with third-party suppliers and manage interactions effectively. You will serve as the bridge between our client and external vendors, ensuring project success.
Training Material Development: Craft training materials and deliver informative training sessions to end-users. Your ability to simplify complex technical concepts will be highly valuable.
Qualifications:
