      The Role:
      As a Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping SMB organizations understand, design, and deliver innovative sales, service, and business excellence solutions. Your contributions will be essential in building lasting relationships with customers and empowering them with cutting-edge technology solutions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Building Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
      Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops to gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and objectives.
      Solution Design: Document customer requirements and create comprehensive solution designs.
      Solution Implementation: Design and build customer solutions utilizing the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform toolkit.
      Training and Handover: Deliver training workshops and smoothly transition solutions to customers.
      Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales and customer service teams throughout the customer lifecycle.

      Must Have Skills/Experience:

      Dynamics 365 Expertise: Previous experience as a Consultant or End User responsible for implementing and evolving Dynamics 365 CRM Apps (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).

      Power Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals), and Power Automate.

      Process Improvement: Ability to understand, design, implement, and enhance customer experience and sales processes.

      Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
      Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
      Change Management: Understanding of or experience in delivering business change.
      Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
      Organization: Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
      Presentation Skills: Dynamic presentation skills to convey ideas and solutions effectively.

      Desirable Skills/Experience:

      Technical Skills: Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5.
      Field Service Expertise: Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
      Project Management: Project management skills to oversee successful implementations.
