      Salary: £43000 - £45000 per annum

      Responsibilities:

      Craft AS IS / TO BE processes across various business areas.
      Foster collaborative discussions among stakeholders to address business challenges and opportunities.
      Deliver well-defined business requirements to the Business Systems Manager through meticulous analysis and requirements-gathering exercises.
      Champion the collection of User Stories to drive high-quality Business Products.
      Advocate for the implementation, governance, and continuous enhancement of our business roadmap, project framework, and agile delivery processes.
      Contribute to the refinement and advancement of best practices in business analysis, including continuous self-development for maximum effectiveness.
      Uphold MVP principles to ensure that requirements align with business needs and prevent scope creep.
      Create and support business case development across the organization.

      Measures of Success:

      Proficiency in analyzing and developing system and business processes (IT and Operations).
      A passion for problem-solving.
      The ability to work independently on projects and other initiatives.
      Rapid results with an AGILE mindset.

      Skills & Experience:

      A degree in Business Systems or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
      A minimum of five years’ experience as a Business Analyst with experience of working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
      Proficiency in User Story generation (SCRUM or other AGILE practices) and detailed requirements gathering for at least five years.
      Proven track record working on IT-related projects, from business case development to successful implementation.
      Exceptional customer service focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding service in support of our service-led proposition.
      Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with creative thinking to devise flexible solutions in a fast-paced environment.
      Demonstrated experience in understanding and interpreting broad business requirements to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
      Adaptability and exceptional organizational skills, enabling efficient management of multiple priorities.
      Strong verbal and written communication skills.
