      Are you an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technician looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join the Support Team of our client, a rapidly growing managed service provider serving numerous business customers in the West Midlands.       Technical Skills Required:

      To excel in this role, you should possess the following technical skills:

      Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
      Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and experience in providing support
      Proficiency in networking, including TCP/IP, router configuration, DHCP, DNS, etc.
      Sound knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Office 365
      Experience with WatchGuard, Ubiquiti, and ConnectWise products is a bonus
      Proficiency in Windows Server Administration
      Good understanding of security requirements and best practices
      Responsibilities:

      As a Level 2 IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:

      Remote and on-site troubleshooting of customer IT issues
      Performing server backup checks and proactive maintenance
      System configuration and repair
      User access and security administration
      Providing exceptional customer service
      Maintaining accurate records and documentation
      Prioritizing workload and effectively managing pressure
      Following, maintaining, and enhancing standard operating procedures
      Occasional travel to customer sites will be required, so a valid driving license and access to a properly insured vehicle are necessary.
