      1st Line Support – Office 365 Specialist Office based Role

      Are you an IT enthusiast with a year of hands-on experience in Office 365 support? Our client, a reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP), is actively seeking a skilled 1st Line Support – Office 365 Specialist to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for helping clients navigate the world of Office 365 and possess excellent troubleshooting skills, this opportunity is for you!

      **Key Responsibilities:**

      – **First-Line Support:** Be the front-line hero! Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests related to Office 365 via various communication channels.

      – **Troubleshooting Pro:** Put your problem-solving skills to the test by diagnosing and resolving common Office 365 issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

      – **Account Management:** Take charge of user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Office 365, prioritizing security and policy adherence.

      – **Documentation Prodigy:** Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and issue resolutions using the ticketing system.

      – **Client Training:** Empower clients by helping them understand Office 365 features and offering basic training when needed.

      – **Escalation Guru:** When things get tricky, don’t hesitate to escalate complex issues to the right teams or senior technicians for quick resolution.

      – **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all Office 365 services are running smoothly for clients by conducting thorough quality checks.

      **Qualifications:**

      – **Experience Matters:** You should have at least 12 months of prior experience in a similar role, ideally within an MSP environment.

      – **Office 365 Ninja:** Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, is essential.

      – **Troubleshooting Whiz:** Proficiency in identifying and resolving common Office 365 issues is a must.

      – **Communication Pro:** Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are critical for delivering top-notch customer service.

      – **Team Player:** While you can work independently, you also thrive as part of a collaborative team, taking ownership of your responsibilities.

      – **Certifications:** Any relevant IT certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals are a bonus.
